The session was attended by the Minister of Culture, Graça Fonseca, the Secretary of State for Tourism, Rita Marques, and the President of Turismo de Portugal, Luís Araújo.&nbsp;Developed by the company Flamingo Circuit and also supported by the Ministry of Culture / DG-Arts, this project aims to promote the internationalization of Portugal as a reference destination in the Contemporary Art circuit, reinforcing the country's tourist attractiveness and competitiveness in international markets. Its goal is to qualify and differentiate the destination associated with the exclusive, knowledgeable, aspirational, and avant-garde universe of art, promoting the empowerment and internationalization of the Portuguese art system. The program is organized around two circuits, especially designed to promote the circulation through the country of international professionals who, each year, stand out in the global art scene - curators, critics, directors of art institutions, events, and biennials of reference - and who are the major influencers in the spheres of art and the choices of art tourists.&nbsp;The intrinsically global, captivating, exclusive, aspirational, knowledgeable and avant-garde character that defines the Universe of Contemporary Art, allows it to attract a more qualified tourism with greater purchasing power. Therefore, the program offers its guests memorable and premium experiences - a "selection of the best that Portugal has to offer" in terms of Contemporary Art, hospitality, historical and natural heritage. Project that promotes Portugal through Contemporary Art presented at CCB

Público &nbsp;| &nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.publico.pt/2021/12/15/culturaipsilon/noticia/programa-trazer-influenciadores-arte-portugal-1988775">Read article &gt;</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;PARTE - Portugal Art Encounters was presented this Wednesday at the CCB, in Lisbon, and is hosted by the Portuguese Isabel Carlos and the Spanish Vicente Todolí. The ambition is to "internationalize the contemporary art produced in Portugal from Portugal". Delfim Sardo, CCB's administrator, recalled that this was a very old ambition.&nbsp;Two hosts, the Portuguese Isabel Carlos and the Spanish Vicente Todolí, both with a broad curriculum in the international contemporary art scene, have the mission to organize two trips to Portugal next summer for curators, museum directors, and visual arts critics.
